Bathroom remodeling for established Garner neighborhoods
The west and south sides of Garner are where the settled single-family housing is, and a good share of it has been lived in by the same family for decades. Those bathrooms are usually original. Cast iron tubs, small footprints, tile that was good work in its day, and a layout built for a household that has since changed shape.
The most common request we get here is not a cosmetic update. It is making a bathroom that somebody can keep using comfortably: getting over the side of a tub is the first thing that becomes difficult in a house, and it tends to happen years before anyone would describe it as a mobility problem.
Garner is uneven though. Newer pockets have builder bathrooms that only need an upgrade, and we quote those the same way. Either job starts with an in-home visit, because in a forty-year-old bathroom nobody can price the work honestly from a photo.
