My house is on a crawlspace. Does that make the job harder?
It usually makes it easier. We can get to the plumbing from below, which means less cutting into finished rooms. It also means we can see the condition of the supply lines and subfloor before we quote.
What if you find rot under the tub?
It happens in older homes, especially where a tub has been leaking slowly for years. We show you, price the repair, and you decide. Nothing gets added without your approval.
Do you install walk-in tubs?
Yes. Sealed door, jets and heater wired properly, and the surround built around it. We fit these regularly and can walk you through the differences between models at the showroom.
Is Fuquay-Varina too far from your showroom?
No. We cover Fuquay-Varina as part of our regular service area and there is no drive-time premium in the quote.
How long has Carolina Creek been doing this?
Eighteen years in the industry. Veteran owned, licensed and insured, with a lifetime workmanship warranty on what we install.
We are on well and septic. Does that affect the job?
Rarely for the bathroom itself, but we check it before committing to a fixture count. Adding fixtures to an older septic system is worth confirming rather than assuming.
Can you build the shower step-free in case we need it later?
Yes, and it is worth doing while the room is already open. A zero-threshold entry costs very little extra at build time and a great deal more to retrofit.
Do you handle the permits?
When the job needs one, yes. We pull it and meet the inspector, so you are not dealing with the county.
