With 18 years in the industry, Brad saw how large national bath companies used high-pressure sales and overpriced plastic solutions. After years with Jacuzzi, American Standard, and Safe Step Walk-In Tubs, he launched Carolina Creek so homeowners could get a better path: trust, respect, and craftsmanship.
