Raleigh bathroom remodeling
Raleigh is a big market with very different housing on either side of it. North Raleigh, Falls River and Wakefield are full of homes from the 1990s and 2000s that are structurally fine and running their original builder bathrooms. Brier Creek is newer and the work there is usually upgrading a plain builder shower to something that matches the rest of the house. Closer in, around Six Forks and North Hills, the houses are older, the bathrooms are smaller, and the jobs tend to be full replacements rather than facelifts.
We quote all of it the same way. Someone comes out, measures, looks under the floor and behind the wall where we can get to it, and puts a fixed price in writing. Nothing is ordered until you have seen that price, and nobody asks you to sign on the first visit.
The work itself is stone and tile, installed by our own crew rather than whoever is available that week. That is the part most homeowners are actually shopping for once they have had two or three companies through the house.
What we do
Every job is stone and tile, installed by our own crew, backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty.
Full gut and rebuild, tile through fixtures.
Marble and stone surrounds, glass doors.
Swap an unused tub for a walk-in shower.
Sealed-door tubs for safe bathing at home.
Zero-threshold entries, benches, grab bars.
Granite and quartz tops, new lighting.
Budget
We do not publish a price list, because two bathrooms the same size can be thousands apart. These are the four things that actually move the number, so you know what you are being quoted on.
Replacing a shower where it already sits is the cheapest version of the job. The price climbs once plumbing shifts, a wall opens up, or the layout changes, because that brings in permits, inspections and more trades.
Stone and tile cost more than a moulded surround and last a great deal longer. Glass is the other swing: a framed door is a fraction of a frameless panel, and both look it.
This is the one nobody can price from a photo. A soft subfloor at the threshold, a valve that was never right, or a slow leak that has been running for years all add work. We look before we quote and put what we find in writing.
A guest bath with one sink is a different job from a primary bath with a double vanity, a separate tub and a tiled shower. More fixtures means more plumbing, more surface area and more days on site.
Every quote we give is fixed and in writing before anything is ordered. If something turns up once the old shower is out, you see the cost and decide before we carry on.
These are Carolina Creek jobs. Same crew, same materials, now quoting Raleigh and the surrounding towns.

How it works
Call or send the form and tell us which bathroom and roughly what you want changed. Photos help. We come back with a time that suits you rather than a half-day window.
Someone comes out, measures, and looks under the floor and behind the wall where we can get to it. You get a fixed price and a finish date in writing, and no push to sign that day.
You pick the start date. We order the stone, glass and fixtures ahead of time so the room is not sitting open waiting on a delivery, and we sequence the work so you keep a bathroom running where the house allows it.
Our own crew, one project lead to call, and the site cleaned at the end of each day. Stone and tile throughout, with a lifetime workmanship warranty on what we install.
Why us
Most people calling us have already had a national bath company through the house and did not enjoy it. The pattern is familiar: a long in-home presentation, a price that drops if you sign tonight, and an acrylic liner fitted over whatever is failing underneath.
We work the other way. One visit to look and measure, a written price that stands, and stone and tile instead of plastic. The crew on your job works for us, so the person who quoted it is the person you call if something needs adjusting. Eighteen years in the trade, veteran owned, licensed and insured, and a lifetime workmanship warranty on the install.

Questions
We work in Raleigh itself and across the surrounding Wake County towns. Our showroom is in Cary, which is where you would come to see materials, but the crews cover Raleigh, Apex, Holly Springs, Wake Forest, Fuquay-Varina, Morrisville and Durham.
The showroom is in Cary. You can walk in, but it is worth calling ahead so someone is free to go through options with you. Bring photos and rough measurements of your bathroom and you will leave with a much better idea of cost.
A tub-to-shower conversion is usually about a week. A full bathroom rebuild runs two to three weeks depending on what we find once the old surround is out. If your house has a second bathroom we sequence the work so you always have one running.
If we are replacing what is already there in the same place, usually not. Once plumbing moves, a wall changes or electrical is added, the city requires one. We pull the permit and meet the inspector as part of the job, so you are not dealing with it.
It depends on how much moves, what the room is finished in, and what we find behind the wall. We do not quote a range over the phone because it would be a guess. After an in-home visit you get a fixed written price, and nothing is ordered until you have seen it.
No. We build in stone and tile. A liner fitted over an existing surround hides whatever is failing underneath, which is usually the reason someone called us in the first place.
Yes, and it is worth doing while the room is already open. A zero-threshold entry costs very little extra at build time and a great deal more to retrofit. The same applies to blocking in the wall for grab bars even if you do not want them fitted yet.
A lifetime workmanship warranty on what we install. Manufacturer warranties on tubs, glass and fixtures come from the maker and we hand those over at the end of the job.
